AI Developer

• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build and maintain scalable HIPAAcompliant data pipelines using Python SQL Spark and Databricks to support healthcare AI use cases
• Optimize databases and queries across relational systems and data warehouses to enable lowlatency access for AI applications
• Design and deploy retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems to deliver grounded reliable insights for clinical and administrative workflows
• Develop agentic AI workflows and NLP solutions to extract value from unstructured clinical data
• Rapidly prototype and demo AI tools using Streamlit and integrate workflows into operational systems using lowcode tools
• Deploy evaluate and optimize AI systems using Docker FastAPI and metricdriven performance monitoring to ensure production reliability and minimize hallucinations

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
• 47 years of experience in AI Machine Learning or Data Engineering roles
• Strong handson experience with retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems
• Advanced Python skills for data processing and API development
• Excellent SQL skills and comfort working in complex realworld database environments
• Strong understanding of LLM and Transformer architectures especially as they relate to longcontext and retrievalbased systems
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangGraph or similar)
• Background working with healthcare or regulated data (EHRs PHI HIPAA environments)
• Experience deploying and operating AI systems in production
• Comfort collaborating with nontechnical stakeholders including clinical teams
