Visual Presentation Coordinator

Strong in-store visual presentation is what bring a brand to life . Reitmans is looking for a Visual Presentation Coordinator to join the team.

If your eye naturally goes to the details that others miss and you like being the one who brings structure to creative work this role blends both worlds in a way that feels fast collaborative and very now. Youll sit at the center of the visual team helping shape how the brand shows up in stores while keeping everything aligned organized and moving forward.

In this role you support the flow of everything visual across the business. From coordinating store openings and renovations to managing requests timelines and materials you make sure each element lands where it needs to. Youre balancing budgets tracking inventory working with suppliers and keeping communication tight between teams all while maintaining a strong sense of how things should look and feel on the floor.

What the role looks like

• Managing visual inventory and keeping tracking clean and up to date
• Supporting budget follow-ups across materials props and store projects
• Coordinating store openings renovations and visual rollouts
• Handling requests from stores and internal teams with speed and accuracy
• Connecting with suppliers and following through on timelines
• Planning layouts and organizing visual materials and POP distribution
• Keeping communication flowing across teams and projects

Qualifications :

What you bring

• At least 2 years of related experience
• A college degree in a related field
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfort working on multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe tools
• Bilingual in English and French to support stores across Canada
