What will your role be 

We are looking for aSoftware Product and Quality Managerto perform the following activities: 

• Governance of software solutions related to automated guided vehicles (AGV) including vehicle automation traffic control (Traffic Manager) and mission control (Mission Manager).

• The resource will play a key role in ensuring product quality scalability security and alignment with industrial standards within an Agile/DevOps-driven environment. 

• Quality and governance.

• Coordination of design development and integration activities

• Definition of testing strategies (unit integration system acceptance)

• Implementation and monitoring of quality KPIs

• Release planning and backlog prioritization

Qualifications :

What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies 

• Strong experience in embedded software and distributed systems ideally within AGV or industrial automation contexts.
• Embedded software development
• Distributed systems (AGV Traffic Manager Mission Manager)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Product backlog management
• CI/CD pipelines (build test deployment automation)
• Software quality governance and KPIs monitoring
• Industrial security standards (e.g. IEC 62443)

• Italian (Fluent)
