As the Business Analyst Lead you will work on challenging and exciting initiatives within our Airline Operations Technology team. You will lead coach and inspire a highperforming team of Business Analysts embedded across delivery squads fostering a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and this role you will also provide trusted advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including senior leadership.

This is a handson leadership role where youll balance people leadership with delivery impact driving discovery for new initiatives uplifting analysis capability supporting strategic planning and ensuring the right people are allocated to the right work at the right time.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Lead motivate and develop a team of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts creating a highperformance inclusive team culture
• Drive discovery and analysis activities for initiatives in ideation and inception phases shaping work from concept to delivery
• Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders on business analysis process improvement and delivery approaches
• Lead and promote Agile models principles and ways of working across squads and teams
• Manage resource planning capacity and allocations across the Business Analysis practice
• Run the annual performance cycle including regular checkins midyear and endofyear reviews
• Support financial year business case planning RFPs and RFIs as required
• Undertake handson business analysis to support delivery or address resourcing gaps
• Lead recruitment onboarding and vendor engagement for Business Analysis capability
• Bring strong experience in IT delivery environments with proven people leadership capability exceptional communication skills and a passion for coaching and continuous improvement
