Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing SaaS Sales professional who is a native Japanese speaker and fluent in English and Japanese. This role will be responsible for business development new logo acquisition and revenue growth through the sale of our SaaS products primarily focused on the Japanese market. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of consultative SaaS selling experience managing the full sales cycle and a proven ability to close new enterprise and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & New Logo Acquisition Identify prospect and acquire new customers (new logos) within the target market
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting inbound lead follow-up and partner channels
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities verticals and strategic accounts
- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth Own the full sales cycle lead qualification discovery product demos proposal creation negotiation and deal closure
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue using CRM tools
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers clearly articulating product value and ROI
- Work closely with customers to understand business needs and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Japan and other assigned regions
