Lead Bartender Fulton

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Craft one-of-kind and cocktails and assist with seasonal menus 
• Implement new sustainable ingredients and new techniques  
• Beverage training development and batching 
• Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Have full knowledge of hotel bar program 
• Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. 
•  Other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications :

• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Minimum 45 years of high-volume craft cocktail bartending experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails flavor balancing and seasonal menu development
• Proficient in house-made ingredients including syrups shrubs infusions and tinctures
• Skilled in clarification techniques (e.g. milk clarification agar clarification centrifuge methods) to produce refined consistent cocktails
• Strong understanding of spirits wine and beer with the ability to educate staff and guests
• Experience with inventory management ordering and beverage cost control
• Ability to create and maintain pars prep lists and standardized recipes for consistency and efficiency
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train mentor and develop bartenders and barbacks
• Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards behind the bar
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest engagement and hospitality mindset with a focus on elevated service standards
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
