About You
In one of our Supply Chain roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end customer purchase process and export of spare parts with focus on meeting on-time delivery and cost effectiveness. This position will also provide ongoing guidance to teammates and is a key export resource.
- Be a Go-To team resource for complex issues and exercise superior problems-solving capabilities to define resolutions.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities in training/coaching/feedback to promote a strong and effective team.
- Drive high level customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service with cost effective options while meeting all customs requirements and ontime delivery/project deadlines.
- Display expert knowledge in ocean air and truck shipments to meet all business demands; Build and maintain strong working relationships with ability to influence processes when working with engineers affiliates customs brokers and freight forwarders demonstrating independent decision making.
- Ensure K-C integrity is maintained while complying with all US export and foreign government import requirements; Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international changes that may affect shipments and exhibit superior problem-solving capabilities to eliminate obstacles.
To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain related field; and 3 years export experience
- Demonstrated SAP OTC functionality knowledge; Expert knowledge of Central Stores processes and cross functional requirements.
- Possess a dynamic interpersonal and communication style that contributes to global success and demonstrate in both verbal and written format.
- Effectively facilitate presentations/trainings to groups; Proficient in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:USDAt Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience.
