Payroll Continuous Improvement Specialist (mfd)

We are looking for a Payroll Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/f/d) who brings structure analytical thinking and a genuine passion for making processes better across our global payroll organization. This role is key to identifying improvement opportunities implementing new ways of working and ensuring our payroll operations run as efficiently as possible across countries. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyse existing payroll and HR processes end-to-end identifying opportunities for improvement standardization and automation

• You design and implement new processes that increase efficiency reduce risk and raise the bar for our global payroll operations

• You document and maintain process maps SOPs and guidelines to ensure transparency and business continuity across the global Payroll department

• You collaborate with Payroll HR Finance and IT stakeholders across multiple countries to drive alignment and consistent ways of working

• You support payroll transformation and rollout projects from a process perspective contributing to global payroll standards and governance

• You support change management and knowledge transfer within the Payroll community helping teams adopt new processes with confidence

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a background in process improvement business analysis or operations within Payroll and/or HR with proven experience designing and implementing structured processes

• Analytical mindset You are solution-oriented with a natural drive to make things better and a genuine continuous improvement mindset

• Communication You bring strong communication skills and are comfortable working in international global and remote team environments

• Curiosity You are proactive comfortable working with ambiguity and bring high attention to detail in everything you do

• Tools & Systems You have high digital affinity with documentation and process mapping tools highly AI-Savvy and familiarity with HR or payroll systems such as Workday or ADP is a plus

• Languages You are fluent in English both written and spoken and are at ease navigating a multicultural international work environment additional languages are a plus.
