Senior Integration Developer (Boomi)

Lead Integration Architecture & Development

• Oversee the design development and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms) ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databases

Drive Data Mapping & Transformation Strategy:

• Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches ensuring consistency performance and best practices across integration flows.

API Strategy & Governance:

• Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services establishing standards for security scalability and reuse.

Incident Management & Optimization:

• Guide troubleshooting efforts mentor team members in resolving integration issues and ensure high availability performance and continuous improvement of systems.

Technical Documentation & Standards:

• Establish and enforce documentation standards ensuring clear technical specifications architecture diagrams and process documentation are maintained.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment:

• Collaborate with stakeholders architects and business analysts to shape technical solutions align priorities and drive successful delivery across teams.

Qualifications :

Platform Expertise:

• 8 years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration processes.

Technical skills:

• Strong understanding of XML JSON SQL and integration patterns.

Leadership skills: 

• Technical Mentorship - Ability to guide and support team members share knowledge and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Decision-Making & Ownership - Capacity to make informed technical decisions take responsibility for outcomes and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs.

Language skills:

• Fluency in English language is a must.
