Process Improvement Specialist (mfd)

As a Process Improvement Specialist (m/f/d) you will become a key driver of efficiency within the Business Process Excellence team at SIXT. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for identifying analyzing and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization 
• You create process documentation (BPM2.0) and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization 
• You will collaborate with process owners and process experts on assigned end-to-end processes develop process improvement roadmaps and implement them together 
• You help define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data-driven decision-making  
• You manage diverse stakeholders by communicating complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different departments 
• You lead global project workstreams using BPM Six Sigma or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• BackgroundYou have 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization process mining or similar roles and hold a degree in business administration industrial engineering or a related field (Bachelors or higher) 
• Methodological expertiseYou possess knowledge of BPM Six Sigma or agile frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast-paced environment 
• Analytical skillsYou have a background in data and process analysis with process mining allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights 
• Stakeholder managementYou demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments 
• Technical skillsYou are proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping. Experience with requirements management is beneficial 
• Language skillsYou have excellent English skills German skills are a plus
