Job Summary

1. Creative Asset Development & Brand Guardianship

Develop and coordinate the creation and management of branded assets including event key visuals and logos ensuring visual identity consistency across all Red Bull events and activations. Serve as the internal reference for Corporate Identity & Branding guidelines providing direction on brand positioning for physical events and guaranteeing every creative output reflects Red Bulls global standards. Act as guardian of the brand overseeing the flawless execution of advertising campaign creatives and proactively identifying initiatives that strengthen the teams capabilities and drive local business growth.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Serve as a daily point of contact between internal marketing teams the local media agency and HQ counterparts to co-create and align on creative assets and brand initiatives. Build strong transparent and trustworthy relationships with management team members and agency partners strengthening client/agency dynamics and ensuring all stakeholders move in the same direction. This role requires a highly communicative engaging organized and detail-oriented profile capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with clarity and ownership.

3. Media Campaign Execution & Strategy

Support the flawless execution of Red Bulls key institutional advertising campaigns across all relevant channels and platforms. Provide day-to-day campaign implementation support in constant collaboration with the media agency while contributing to shaping the strategy for each media type to maximize effectiveness and innovation. Coordinate monthly performance reports with the media agency focused on uncovering the why behind results translating data into tangible actionable learnings with solid command of digital conversion KPIs.

4. Business Planning & Budget Control

Help manage and maintain paid media and creative production budgets ensuring cost-effective resource allocation accurate financial housekeeping and timely reporting raising issues proactively and driving swift resolution.


Qualifications :

  • Cursando Ensino Superior nas áreas de Administração Propaganda e Marketing ou áreas correlatas no período noturno com formação prevista para Dez/2027;
  • Idiomas: Inglês Avançado;
  • Conhecimento Avançado em Pacote Office especialmente Excel e Powerpoint;
