Job Summary

Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to adolescent adult and geriatric populations with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability independence participation and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
three 8-hr days per week. Every 4th weekend plus one holiday per year. 2 weekdays off when working a weekend.
Required Qualifications:
Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Graduation from a two-year accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy and Minnesota Department of Health.
CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
Proficient in all staff level current organization software.
