Toll Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road rail sea and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities we have the experience the infrastructure and the global network to get freight moving across towns across countries and across continents.

About the Role

The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping a safe efficient and engaging workplace experience. Responsible for the smooth daytoday operation of the office this role oversees facilities and security processes coordinates visitors contractors and suppliers and actively supports a positive and inclusive internal culture.

As the Corporate Services Coordinator you will:

  • Oversee facilities management and workplace safety including cleaning maintenance repairs contractor coordination and HSE compliance (site inspections training matrices and documentation) to ensure a safe compliant and wellrun office environment.
  • Continuously improve workplace operations and processes by embedding digital tools automation and hybridfriendly workflows that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Manage visitors contractors and suppliers acting as the primary onsite contact coordinating access and schedules maintaining safety standards and managing supplier performance and service agreements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders and employees including daytoday office support travel arrangements expenses procurement of office supplies and tech accessories.
  • Foster employee culture engagement and communication supporting inperson and hybrid events contributing to internal communications and maintaining an inclusive welcoming workplace for onsite and remote employees.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding offboarding and workspace setups including IT and access arrangements ergonomic setups inductions HSE paperwork and packdown and return of equipment for exiting employees.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong digital capability including proficiency with Microsoft 365 rapid adoption of new workplace technologies and effective use of digital tools and AI assistants to streamline work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across inperson hybrid and virtual environments.
  • High levels of professionalism discretion and security awareness particularly when managing digital records systems and workplace access.
  • Exceptional attention to detail across documentation digital workflows supplier management and daytoday office operations.
  • Employeeexperience focused mindset delivering responsive highquality workplace support that meets the needs of diverse and hybrid teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in office or workplace operations including managing suppliers and contractors within a hybrid or techenabled environment using digital tracking tools.
