Remote Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations
• Prepare and present status reports to leadership
• Manage budgets resources and timelines effectively
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $115000 $130000 per year
• Annual Bonus: Typically 1020% of base salary
