Job Summary

SALES MANAGER (HVAC / VRF / CHILLER)

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Hanoi Vietnam

Compensation: Up to VND attractive commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop HVAC VRF and Chiller business and expand market presence.
Build relationships with consultants contractors and investors.
Provide technical consultation and solutions.
Prepare quotations negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor project progress and payments.
Develop strategic plans for HVAC / VRF / Chiller business growth.
Manage customer feedback and after-sales service.
Lead and develop the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Engineering Economics or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC VRF or Chiller industry.
Strong network in HVAC VRF or Chiller industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management ability.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Willing to accept challenges not overly concerned about company information and benefits when applying (all issues will be clarified in the direct interview).
Candidates with experience working in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are preferred.
Good English to work with Chinese Director and Chinese experts.
