JOB DETAIL SALES DIRECTOR (THANH HOA)
Position: Sales Director
Location: Thanh Hoa Vietnam
Compensation: Up to VND commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take overall responsibility for the business center in Thanh Hoa covering HVAC VRF Chiller and Elevator product lines.
- Develop and expand market presence for HVAC VRF Chiller and Elevator systems across industrial and commercial segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants contractors investors and key decision-makers.
- Provide technical consultation and solutions for complex projects.
- Prepare quotations negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Monitor project progress and payment schedules.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage customer feedback and after-sales service quality.
- Lead mentor and develop the sales team (team building training performance management).
- Calculate and manage P&L (Profit & Loss) for the center.
- Expand new customer channels and distribution networks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role within HVAC VRF Chiller or Elevator industry.
- Strong existing network in the HVAC/VRF/Chiller/Elevator industry.
- Proven leadership and team management ability (experience in building a team from scratch is a plus).
- Ability to plan and push sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of P&L calculation and cost management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for fieldwork and provincial assignments as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Willing to accept challenges not overly concerned about company information and benefits when applying (all issues will be clarified in the direct interview).
- Candidates with experience working in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are preferred.
- Good English to work with Chinese Director and Chinese experts (if required).
