We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join an international support team in this role you will assist customers in Dutch and English ensuring a high-quality service experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders deliveries product information and account management
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Dutch (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
