About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join an international support team in this role you will assist customers in Dutch and English ensuring a high-quality service experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
Assist customers with inquiries related to orders deliveries product information and account management
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native or near-native level of Dutch (C1/C2)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
