Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide a dynamic team of administrative analysts fostering excellence in deliverables and nurturing their professional growth.
- Oversee key administrative functions such as logistics management vendor purchasing meeting documentation and seamless event coordination.
- Drive smooth and efficient business operations locally and globally leveraging exceptional organizational skills and collaboration on cross-functional projects and major events.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and in checking others work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize own and others workload effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or the equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in administrative support with a preference for 2 years in team leadership roles.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) paired with outstanding communication skills.
- Able to work in a hybrid scenario (onsite and work from home)
- Can lead others in a hybrid scenario

- A proven track record in inspiring teams and delivering high-quality timely results through effective leadership of direct reports.
