Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leaders and teams on unique projects designed to boost organizational efficiency.
- Expertly manage calendars coordinate key tasks for stakeholders and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Leverage exceptional organizational communication and prioritization skills to provide top-notch support to the executive office.
- Act as the central point of contact for both internal teams and external partners ensuring seamless communication.
- Bring a proactive attitude and sharp problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of expertise in administrative support with a preference for 3 years dedicated to executive assistance.
- Demonstrate mastery of MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) alongside collaborative platforms that keep teams connected.
- Able to work in a hybrid scenario (onsite and work from home) and work with others in a hybrid scenario

- Showcase your experience in supporting senior executives within dynamic fast-paced workplaces.
