Job Summary

We are seeking Dutch speakers to join our dedicated support team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will provide essential administrative support and guidance to citizens ensuring they receive the high-quality service they deserve regarding their social and healthcare inquiries.

No previous experience We provide 2 weeks of fully paid professional training to ensure you are an expert before you take your first call.

The Mission:

  • Assist Dutch citizens with administrative questions via phone and email.
  • Guide users through complex procedures with patience and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of data privacy.
  • Deliver service with a professional empathetic and neutral Dutch tone.

What we are looking for:

  • Native Dutch speaker (Neutral/ABN accent required).
  • Fluent English (B2).
  • Legal Status: Must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Bulgarian Residence Card.
  • A professional mindset and a passion for helping people.
