Were Hiring: SAP Project Manager Amsterdam (Netherlands)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex IT and ERP transformation projects in Amsterdam. This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start.
Role Overview As an SAP Project Manager you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects with a strong focus on SAP programs and ERP transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams ensure alignment with stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion within scope budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project delivery: planning execution monitoring and closure
Lead SAP-driven programs including ERP migrations and consolidations
Oversee timelines budgets quality and overall project performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
Identify risks gaps and dependencies and proactively drive resolutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain project documentation dashboards reports and artifacts
Facilitate meetings capture minutes and ensure proper documentation
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with teams
Ensure budget alignment and effective resource utilization
Apply methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Scrum
Required Skills & Experience
1015 years of experience managing complex IT programs/projects
Strong expertise in SAP Project Management (SAP Activate methodology)
Proven experience in ERP migrations/consolidations ideally SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira MS Project or similar
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Experience managing budgets and negotiating project resources
