We are seeking a full-time Video Content Producer & Editor to transform raw recordings into high-quality engaging video content for marketing education and social media. This role combines video editing content strategy and AI-assisted production to build a scalable high-volume content engine.

Role Summary

You will work with recordings captured via Zoom Riverside and professional camera setups producing both long-form and short-form content optimised for platform performance. The ideal candidate understands storytelling pacing audience retention and how to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and output.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality long-form video content (YouTube webinars interviews and educational videos) ensuring strong structure pacing and audience retention.
Extract and create high-impact short-form clips optimised for platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
Identify compelling content moments topics and opportunities from recordings industry trends and existing content.
Develop engaging video concepts hooks titles and formats designed to maximise performance and viewer retention.
Enhance all content with captions graphics overlays and branding to deliver polished professional outputs.
Use AI tools to identify highlights generate clips transcribe content and streamline editing workflows.
Improve production speed scalability and output quality through automation and continuous optimisation of tools and processes.
Organise and manage a structured library of video assets including tagging key moments and maintaining reusable content systems.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Strong skills in pacing storytelling audio editing and colour correction.
• Experience editing multi-camera and long-form content.

• Experience with short-form editing hooks and retention-focused formats.

• Familiarity with Zoom Riverside and recorded video workflows.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Descript Opus Clip Runway Premiere AI features) to enhance production.
