Job Summary

Job Title Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Key Account Manager E-Commerce to lead sales and business development across South Asia and Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through e-commerce platforms and third-party reseller ecosystems while strengthening brand presence and market share. The position plays a critical role in executing regional sales strategies and building long-term partnerships within the digital commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business and brand revenue profitability and market share growth through e-commerce consistent execution of sales strategies and maintain strong sales performance annual and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.
E-Commerce Account ManagementBuild and manage long-term relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party commercial negotiations annual agreements and partnership and track KPIs for each platform on a monthly quarterly and annual online brand visibility and optimize platform performance.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Cross-Functional CollaborationDefine and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing operations logistics and finance cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product positioning and integrated campaigns and promotions across e-commerce channels.
Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify emerging e-commerce trends opportunities and growth and present business proposals to existing and prospective initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue explore new platforms and partnership opportunities.

Role Impact & Responsibilities
Drive achievement of regional e-commerce sales targets and contribute to overall business the companys market share across South Asia and SEA and sustain a high-performing e-commerce sales long-term growth through strategic partnerships and revenue optimization.
Decision Making Authority
Manage account-level sales and marketing investments across accounts including promotions and marketing resource utilization across product strategy marketing and account decisions impacting revenue generation and partner performance.
Strategy & Development
Utilize structured sales reporting data analysis and performance reviews (QBRs).Collaborate with leadership to define and enhance e-commerce improve processes systems and partner engagement to long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management Marketing Operations and Customer closely with e-commerce program management teams and strong communication with external partners and resellers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.510 years of experience in sales or key account management within e-commerce or technology experience working with e-commerce platforms and third-party reseller in IT consumer electronics digital devices or technology lifestyle products is preferred.
