About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager / Scrum Master who can bridge the gap between business technology and customers. This hybrid role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle along with the ability to drive agile execution ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders customers and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to drive improvements.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum best practices and processes.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Track sprint progress velocity and delivery timelines.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Act as a servant leader to support and guide the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira Trello ClickUp or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories and product documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Scrum certification (CSM PSM or equivalent)
• Experience working in fintech logistics or SaaS products
• Basic technical understanding (APIs system architecture SDLC)
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel
• Exposure to AI-driven product features or digital transformation initiatives
