Job Summary
Job Title: AI Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI systems powered by LLMs with a strong focus on multi-agent orchestration reasoning workflows and production-grade AI platforms. This role emphasizes building autonomous tool-using AI systems rather than traditional model development.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
o Design and implement multi-agent architectures using LangGraph
o Build stateful tool-augmented agents capable of reasoning planning and execution
o Develop agent orchestration patterns (planner-executor supervisor hierarchical agents)
o Implement memory systems (short-term long-term contextual memory)
o Enable cross-agent communication and coordination
LLM Applications & Orchestration
o Build production-grade LLM applications (RAG agents copilots)
o Integrate tools APIs and enterprise systems into agent workflows
o Design robust prompting routing and guardrails
o Optimize workflows for latency cost and quality
Platform & API Development
o Develop reusable AI services agent frameworks and APIs
o Contribute to AI platform capabilities (model routing observability guardrails)
Cloud Deployment & Production Systems
o Deploy agent-based systems on AWS
o Use Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments
o Implement monitoring and observability (LangSmith)
o Ensure systems are resilient and production-ready
Performance Optimization & Evaluation
o Evaluate agent performance across reasoning quality and task completion
o Improve workflows using feedback loops and tracing
o Diagnose and fix failure modes in multi-step pipelines
Collaboration & Enablement
o Work with product and engineering teams to build agentic workflows
o Guide teams on best practices for agent design
o Contribute to reusable patterns and frameworks
Qualifications & Skills
Core Expertise
o Experience building LLM-based systems (RAG agents copilots)
o Hands-on with LangGraph / LangChain
o Experience with multi-agent systems
o Strong Python and backend development skills
Agentic & Systems Thinking
o Understanding of agent design patterns planning memory and tool use
o Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems
o Ability to debug multi-step reasoning pipelines
Cloud & Production Engineering
o Experience with AWS Azure or GCP
o Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
o Understanding of observability and performance optimization
Nice to Have
o Experience with AI gateways and model routing
o Exposure to cost optimization and guardrails
o Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems
