Job Summary

The Summer Tech Workers will be responsible for refurbishing all 625 student netbooks at U-High to like-new condition. This includes making all necessary hardware and software repairs as well as cleaning cases keyboards and touchpads and testing power adapters and external addition the Summer Tech Worker will assist summer training sessions for teachers and students and they will support and manage 7 laptop labs utilized for summer school.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Required Qualifications

  1. Current University High School student
  2. Computer repair skills
  3. Ability to:
    - work independently
    - teach others how to troubleshoot computer issues
    - assist with student netbook training
    - support laptop computer lab hardware software and wireless issues
