Agile Coach

• Job Location: ITPB Whitefield Bengaluru / Commerzone IT Park Yerwada-Pune

• Required Experience:03 -05Years

We are looking for a Agile Coach to join our team! You will work closely with product management delivery management and engineering teams as to successfully release new innovative products. Goal will be to support agile teams become self-organizing by applying Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Coaching training mentoring teams on Agile values principles and practices mainly around Scrum and Kanban.

• Keep track of KPIs and recommend and facilitate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as planning refinement daily stand-ups retrospectives reviews etc.

• Resolve conflicts impediments and issues that affect the teams and the organization.

• Establish and maintain metrics and dashboards and report progress or blockers

• Provide frequent status updates and raise in timely manner issues that cannot be resolved within the team

• Record dependencies and facilitate discussions with relevant parties

• Shield team from interruptions

• Record teams decision on improvements and help them to be applied

• Work with product owners to handle backlog items and form the roadmap

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each iteration

• Track story points and workflow efficiency and create future projections

• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science information technology or a relevant field.

• 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master

• Proven track record of leading and facilitating improvements at a team and organizational level

• Excellent knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with adaptability to changes

• Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence motivate and inspire others.

• Certifications in Agile Coaching Scrum or Kanban are preferred.
