The purpose of this position is to drive the growth competitiveness and profitability of TMHAs Construction product range by providing high-level sales marketing product support and strategic insight to both the Sales Network & Management. The role ensures strong market performance by delivering expert guidance on inventory pricing product development training sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high levels of service and support to the Branch & Dealer Network regarding product compliance inventory pricing reporting and pre-sales assistance.
  • Maximise volume market share and revenue return to TMHA for product sales and purchases
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all pre-sales and product management & development activities between TMHA Sales & Marketing and construction supply chain (factories).
  • Deliver or share product information sales tools and resources to enhance branch & authorised dealer sales capability.
  • Monitor product performance against forecasts and recommend action where required.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches for the Australian market ensuring accurate price positioning and seamless loading into CPQ.
  • Develop execute and assess sales and marketing campaign strategies for TMHAs construction equipment range with a focus on maximising sales growth and enhancing market share position.
  • Develop market strategies positioning and key messaging for assigned products.
  • Prepare regular reports on product performance market conditions sales campaign outcomes and inventory levels

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in product management sales support or marketing within the construction or industrial equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams with product information pricing inventory guidance and pre-sales activities.
  • Experience developing and delivering product or sales training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business levels.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver technical or product training effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen including understanding pricing budgeting and sales metrics.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Business Commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Additional training or certification in product management sales or market analysis (desirable).
