Job Description: Virtual Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual administrative support to the team at Meyer Plastics Inc.
- Manage and respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the organization.
- Organize and schedule appointments meetings and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
- Handle data entry record keeping and file management tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying scanning and faxing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- icient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.

- Salary: $34000 - $40000 per year
