WHAT YOULL DO
Product Leadership & Development
Own theend-to-end product lifecyclefrom concept through production ensuring alignment on design intent cost and margin
Act as theproduct authorityacross categories (knits wovens sets) driving construction fabrication and innovation
Partner closely with Design and Technical teams totranslate trend into commerciallyviableproduct
Leadfit sessions prototypereviews and development milestonestomaintainproduct integrity
Trend Research & Concept Direction
Drive seasonaltrend research market analysis and competitive benchmarking
Develop and presenttrend decks concept boards and product directionto internal teams and retail partners
Identifyemerging trends in contemporary sportswear fabric innovation and silhouette evolution
Champion a culture ofR&D experimentation(new fabrics washes finishes construction techniques)
Merchandising Strategy & Assortment Planning
Build and executeassortment strategiesthat balance trend core business and retail partner needs
Analyzesales performance pricing architecture and margin targetsto inform line decisions
Align product strategy with key accounts (e.g. club mass specialty retail) ensuringcustomer-first thinking
Driveline architecture and SKU efficiencyacross categories
Cross-Functional Leadership
