Job Summary
- Move and store goods in the warehouse in the right place and in the right quantities in accordance with instructions received in order to help maximise the internal organisation of the warehouse.
- Recording all actions and changes on the system as per instruction and as per established procedures so as to contribute to a reliable and accurate stock management system.
- Check stock as instructed by team leader so as to maintain high stock accuracy
- Developing both product knowledge and warehouse knowledge so as to be able to respond to queries from colleagues in other departments quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate flexibility and be able to help out in different areas to assist with different logistical (sub)tasks in other (sub)divisions within/between logistical location(s) so as to ensure the continuity of processes of both the internal organisation and customer service.
- Carrying out all duties in a safe tidy efficient and careful manner showing respect for colleagues goods and all materials so as to contribute to a well-maintained safe and well-organised work environment and pleasant workplace.
- Ad-hoc duties as per instructed by Team Lead/Manager
