Job Summary
About the Role
As a Social Media Assistant at Victorias Secret youll be a key player within our dynamic high-performing Marketing Team focusing on our TikTok shop and the day-to-day admin that keeps our digital presence polished and iconic.This role will primarily focus on the delivery of our TikTok Shop platform; managing and approving samples in our affiliate programme and ensuring a consistent flow of new content from both our social media team and affiliate creator partners.
Although this is not a content creation role this position may occasionally support the social team on local content and talent shoots along with the wider marketing team on seasonal press and influencer events.
About You
- You love to be behind the scenes supporting scheduling analysing and coordinating nothing gets past you.
- You are a detail-oriented people person who loves to build relationships working at pace and responding quickly to changing priorities.
- You have strong digital skills and a keen interest in TikTok and social media trends with your finger always on the pulse.
- You understand how a Marketing Team works and collaborates. While a degree in Marketing is not essential it would support your knowledge; however a passion and drive for social media is key.
