Division: Product Strategy & Innovation (PSI)

The Product Strategy and Innovation (PSI) division is responsible for the endtoend management of Euroclear Groups products and services. Its objective is to define and execute the product strategy identify market gaps and growth opportunities and continuously enhance Euroclears product offering in line with Group strategy market evolution and technological developments.

Working closely with Commercial and Euroclear entities PSI teams define growth strategies shape the evolution of core products and ancillary services and leverage Euroclears data capabilities. PSI Directors are accountable for defining product strategy driving execution and owning the P&L of their product lines.

Your role

As Product Director FX & Liquidity Solutions you are responsible for setting and executing the strategy for Euroclears FX and Liquidity products and services including deposit products on a global basis.

You will:

• Define and drive the product strategy for FX & Liquidity Solutions
• Lead the gotomarket strategy and execution of FX and Deposit products globally
• Ensure product competitiveness profitability regulatory compliance and pricing strategy
• Operate a virtual business line and be fully accountable for objectives and P&L performance

Your scope covers all products and services related to:

• FX & Liquidity Solutions including Deposit Products
• Global gotomarket activities for FX & Deposit products

Your overall objective is to maximize Euroclears business development across markets. On a daily basis you work closely with Commercial teams and Euroclear entities to grow revenues in your market segments.

You collaborate extensively with Banking Operations Sales IT and support functions to ensure business objectives are met while maintaining cost discipline. The role requires strong leadership both internally and externally as you ultimately own and drive the financial performance of your product line.

Profile

• Extensive experience in the financial industry including significant experience at Executive Director level in an international environment
• Strong expertise in FX & Liquidity products with a solid understanding of the role of a Financial Market Infrastructure in custody settlement and asset servicing
• Strong interest in geopolitics and macroeconomics
• Proven ability to build robust business cases and engage effectively with Group Executive Committee
• Strategic analytical and resultsdriven with strong business acumen and client focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with sound political judgment
• Engaging and empowering leader with demonstrated experience leading multicultural teams in matrix organisations

This role can be based in one of our Euroclears locations: Brussels London Krakow Paris Amsterdam.
