IT Apprentice Data Analytics Support & Development

Position Description:

We are looking for a motivated IT Apprentice to support and contribute to our Data Analytics team. This role provides hands-on exposure to data management reporting analytics tools and dashboard development. The apprentice will assist in maintaining data systems supporting business users and contributing to analytics development initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking practical experience in data analytics business intelligence and IT support within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Data Support
Provide first-level support for data-related queries and reporting issues
Assist users with dashboards reports and analytics tools
Monitor data pipelines and report data quality issues
Support data validation cleansing and reconciliation activities
Maintain documentation for datasets reports and processes
Development & Analytics
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau / Excel / other BI tools)
Support SQL queries and data extraction from databases
Help automate recurring reports and data workflows
Assist in integrating data from multiple sources (ERP CRM internal systems)
Participate in testing and deployment of analytics solutions
System & Process Improvement
Help identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency
Support data governance and security best practices
Contribute to documentation of analytics processes and workflows
