Job Summary
Job Title: RN Inpatient Pediatrics (Biobehavioral Health Unit)
Location: Syracuse NY
Duration: 20 Weeks
Pay:
- Local Pay: $2042.74 Weekly
- Travel Pay: $2818.08 Weekly
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Inpatient Pediatricsfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in a biobehavioral health inpatient setting
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care using electronic medical records
- Maintain patient safety and follow hospital protocols
- Support patients and families with education and care coordination
- Float to other pediatric units as required
Qualifications
- Current New York State RN Registration required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1.52 years of recent acute care experience required
- Behavioral health or pediatric experience preferred
- Trauma center experience preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
