What will you be doing in the Sales Administrator role
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting customers with product/service queries
- Preparing and processing quotes
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data
- General sales and office administration
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve targets
- Delivering a positive and professional customer experience
