Network Controller Role

Kinetic is seeking a proactive Network Controller to support live transport this role youll coordinate driver and vehicle movements respond to incidents and help maintain reliable services.

We welcome candidates from a range of backgroundswhether you have direct experience in transport operations or bring transferable skills from fast-paced environments such as logistics emergency services customer service or operations coordination.

If you can stay calm under pressure communicate clearly and make sound decisions in real time youll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs ensuring on-time and reliable service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
• Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders including emergency services and authorities when required.
• 38hrs a week roster will rotate which will include some weekends.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in monitoring transport networks with strong attention to detail is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools.
• MR or equivalent drivers licence preferred or willing to obtain.
• Excellent problem-solving teamwork and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
