The role

Were looking for a Performance Designer to own a stream of creative output for our paid social engine turning briefs data and creator footage into ads that perform.

Your day-to-day

• Create high-quality ads that hit our KPIs at the volume we need to test and scale

• Cut UGC and creator footage mix it with motion graphics and ship performance-ready assets across formats (vertical video statics carousels)

• Build multiple variations per concept to feed the testing engine

• Work closely with creative strategists to turn performance insights into the next round of creative

• Stay on top of social media trends so our creatives stay relevant and competitive

Who we think you are

• 2 years in motion design and video editing for social and performance marketing. Agency or app background is a plus

• A portfolio of paid social work with results behind it

• Advanced in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite After Effects especially

• Understanding of marketing metrics with a passion for building hypotheses and running A/B tests

• Clear communicator capable of walking teammates and stakeholders through your thinking

• Fast-paced executor who doesnt compromise on quality
