Postdoctoral position in Food Biophysics
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated applicant to join our research team for a project on molecular scale imaging of food molecules in collaboration with an external company partner.
The ideal candidate has the following competences and skills:
- A Ph.D. in biophysics
- An Msc in physics.
- Extensive research experience in soft matter and biophysics.
- Analytical and programming skills for data analysis and ai-based analysis.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (English) for effective teamwork across disciplines.
Additional valuable skills:
- Research expertise in the preparation and characterization of soft materials and gels.
- Research expertise inAtomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and AFM-based force spectroscopy.
- Research expertise in optical and confocal microscopy.
Starting date: 1 July 2026. The position is for up to two years.
