Job Summary
EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor to cover assignments in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Germany.
In this role you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting food safety health & hygiene and brand standard audits at client sites
Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Maintaining strong client relationships
We are looking for candidates who:
Are fluent in German and English
Have proven food safety auditing experience such as in food retail hotel F&B convenience stores or gas stations
Hold food safety qualifications such as HACCP or ISO 22000
Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory
Hold a valid driving license and have their own car
Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings
Are comfortable working independently
Availability:
Long-term availability for recurring audits
Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits
Note:This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with Ecolab. No relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
