About the Role

As a Senior Technician (STP) you play a vital role in maintaining the environmental and operational sustainability of our resort. You will be responsible for the daily monitoring maintenance and overall management of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Working closely with the Engineering team your mission is to ensure optimal water treatment processes prevent equipment degradation and maintain strict environmental compliance all while safeguarding the health and safety standards of a premium resort environment.

What Youll Do

• Process Control: Monitor TMP and flux rates to prevent fouling. Measure and adjust MLSS and sludge levels.

• Membrane Maintenance: Clean prefiltering systems conduct visual inspections and perform CIP (membrane cleaning) as needed.

• Electromechanical Maintenance: Manage blowers calibrate pumps and sensors and handle basic electromechanical repairs.

• Compliance: Log chemical energy and production data. Supervise sludge thickening and dewatering (WAS) for off-site disposal.

• General Maintenance: Repair and maintain essential hotel machinery ensuring all work strictly conforms to sound engineering standards.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience operating and maintaining an STP (membrane technology preferred) in a resort or industrial setting.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of electromechanical maintenance pump/sensor calibration biological control (MLSS) and CIP procedures.

• Skills: Ability to interpret TMP/flux rates and adjust chemical/biological variables accordingly.

• Compliance: Solid knowledge of local wastewater sludge disposal and safe chemical handling regulations.

• Language: Fluent Thai. Functional English for reading technical manuals and logging data.
