Job Summary

About the role:

This is one of the hardest jobs at Everlab - and one of the most important. Reporting directly to our CEO Marc youll be his right hand across special projects international expansion and making sure the most critical things in the business actually get done. You wont be writing strategy decks. Youll be executing them.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney with regular presence in our Surry Hills office. You should expect to travel including internationally often at short notice.


Responsibilities and scope:

  • Special projects: Own the CEOs highest-priority initiatives end to end. You pick up hard ambiguous problems structure them fast pull in the right people and drive them to completion.

  • Internationalisation: Support Everlabs expansion starting with the UK. That might mean flying somewhere for a week standing something up from scratch and making it work.

  • Driving urgency across the org: You are the connective tissue between teams. You identify blockers hold people accountable and keep things moving without needing to be pushed.

  • New revenue streams and biz dev: Work with Marc and the leadership team to identify and execute on new commercial opportunities as the business scales.

  • Board and investor support: Prepare materials manage follow-ups and keep key stakeholders informed cleanly and efficiently.


What we are looking for:

  • Availability: Full-time Sydney-based three days in our Surry Hills office. Ready to travel internationally when needed.

  • A proven operator who ships: 58 years across a high-growth startup and a structured environment consulting banking or private equity. Youve run complex cross-functional work with minimal direction. You move fast you figure it out and you get it done.

  • Critical thinker: You understand problems quickly structure them clearly and know how to get an organisation moving behind a solution. You dont need a playbook.

  • Commercial instinct: Youre comfortable in board materials and investor updates but youre equally at home spotting a new revenue opportunity or a gap in a market.

  • Ready for hardcore: This role is demanding by design. High ownership high accountability fast pace. You want that it doesnt scare you.

  • Ready to go wherever the work takes you: Were building internationally. You need to be the kind of person who can get on a plane and go make something happen.
