Job Summary
About the role.
The CRM Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient client allocation maintaining data quality and promoting correct CRM usage across the business. This role also involves reporting compliance checks and onboarding support through employee training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assign new clients to sales employees in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and clean CRM databases in line with company guidelines
Monitor CRM usage to ensure employees follow processes and protocols correctly
Train new employees on CRM systems and best practices
Prepare regular performance and operational reports
Provide support on additional operational tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent English (minimum C1)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Previous experience in CRM administration or similar roles; experience in the Forex industry is an advantage.
