About The Role:
BaptistCare is one of Australias largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team inPort Macquarie and surrounds.You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence mobility and confidence to remain living at home.

Youll be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well. About You:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated abilityto assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience in aged care rehabilitation or community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
- Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Alignment with BaptistCares values and mission
- Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted drivers licence and access to a reliable registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
