Step into a role where you help shape Queensland and Northern Australias infrastructure and resources investment pipeline. Our Infrastructure Advisory team is investing in growth across critical minerals government infrastructure and complex project development providing you with the opportunity to influence strategic decisions at the earliest stages of the project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in growing our investment advisory offering with a primary focus on project due diligence and development-stage advisory opportunities across Australia working collaboratively across the broader Australia-wide platform including WA and the NT.

This role delivers value through strategic insight at portfolio program and project level creating strong pull-through opportunities into the engineering design and delivery businesses. You will work closely with Clients & Markets leaders and collaborate with subject matter experts to shape and win new opportunities.

In this role you will:

• Play a lead role in the delivery of investment advisory services driving a robust pipeline of due diligence and project development opportunities
• Provide strategic commercial and economic advice across early project shaping business cases options analysis and investment decision-making
• Collaborate across advisory and engineering teams to integrate advisory insights with downstream delivery opportunities
• Support and sustain our advisory contribution to infrastructure investment across transport water energy defence health and education
• Identify shape and pursue new market opportunities aligned with Client & Market strategies building trusted relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders
• Prepare compelling client proposals including value propositions methodologies commercial structures and budgets
• Contribute to a collaborative inclusive and high-performing team culture where ideas are encouraged and collective success is valued

What can you bring to the team

• A tertiary qualification in economics finance engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience delivering investment advisory project development or due diligence services ideally within resources energy or major infrastructure sectors
• An understanding of critical minerals markets development pathways and investment considerations or a strong desire to build depth in this space
• Experience working on large complex projects across planning development funding or procurement phases bringing strong analytical capability in the translation of technical commercial and economic information into clear decision-ready advice
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills commercial awareness curiosity and a proactive approach to shaping winning and delivering work including client-facing presentations and reports
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and geographies
