- 11:00 19:30

- Extended shifts up to 12 hours as scheduled

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and certified Surgical Technicians to join a high-acuity Adult Operating Room team. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment and capable of handling a wide range of procedures with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies
- Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and instruments
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
- Adhere to all safety infection control and hospital protocols
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years) in an acute care setting
- Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or similarly sized facility
- Strong scrub experience is mandatory
- Must be proficient in multiple specialties including:
- Trauma
- Orthopedic
- General Surgery
- ENT
- Vascular
- GYN
- Neurosurgery
- Bariatric
- GU
Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean professional record (no license/certification issues)
- Ability to meet all pre-employment compliance requirements
