About the Role

Operates horizontal forklifts to move load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures proper handling of goods and adherence to warehouse safety standards.

Schedule: This position follows a 223 rotating 12hour shift schedule (two days on two days off three days on) working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

What You Will Do

• An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe healthy and sustainable work environment.

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.

• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas and onto movable storage stands.

• Move in-process materials and finish stock to/from production areas including loading material onto machinery in ESP

  production area.

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.

• Accurately complete and document all product/material location movements.

• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.

• Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. Assist in physical inventory.

Who You Are

• HS Diploma or GED

• 3 to 4 years proven experience operating Stand Up and Sit-down forklift l in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• Basic computer skills

• Fundamental problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Strong attention to detail Ability to deliver work with quality and speed

• Basic technical skills

• Safety Oriented

• Frequent lifting or moving of light weight material weighing 5 lbs. to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting or moving of

  average weight material weighing 25 lbs. to 60 lbs. required assisted lift over 50 lbs.

• Be able to work overtime flexible hours and weekends as needed orrequired.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay: $17.17 per hour full benefits shift differential.
