We are seeking a Material Handler to join our team.

The Material Handler / Floor Associate plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency within our purchasing and maintenance departments. This position is responsible for the safe flow of materials throughout the operation while also ensuring that workspaces and equipment are properly maintained functional and compliant with safety standards. The role requires adaptability strong commitment to workplace and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load unload move and store raw materials supplies and finished products
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks carts or forklifts
• Stage materials for purchasing production shipping or distribution
• Verify materials against packing slips or work orders
• Follow safety procedures for handling materials and equipment
• Prepare a variety of shipments that could involve pallet strapping/wrapping
• Conduct basic preventative floor maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Assist with equipment setup teardown and relocations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in material handling warehouse operations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with basic PC skills
• Basic knowledge of safety practices
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong attention to cleanliness safety and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to speak read write and understand basic english
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
