• Work hours: Full-time Exempt position 40 hours/week Monday-Friday Business Hours some Flexibility with the hours. One (1) remote day per week set schedule.

Heres What You Need:

Education:
Bachelors degree Mathematics Economics Finance Engineering or related field Required And
Masters degree Mathematics Economics Finance Engineering or related field Preferred.

Experience:
Two (2) years with Bachelors degree 2 years related analytical experience in Healthcare Consulting Finance Analytics or a closely related field Required or
With Masters degree 0 years related analytical experience in Healthcare Consulting Finance Analytics or a closely related field Required.

Working knowledge of data visualization tools and experience creating data visualizations Required

Quality Skills:

• Tableau Power BI Cognos or equivalent visualization software.
• SQL or non-SQL tools to query join tables and create tables.
• Financial modeling pro formas (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with other analytics teams business leaders and executives.

What You Will Do

Extract manipulate and join data from multiple sources into a population set for comparative analysis.

Develop and maintain analytical models to determine financial clinical and consumer value of a wide range of business initiatives.

Responsible for and/or participates in dashboard development process including creating data definitions validating data retrieving data from systems maintaining technical documentation and dashboard creation.

Produce ad hoc reports recurring reporting needs and presentations that provide data-based insights for solutions to business questions.

Give presentations to work groups on findings using data visualization tools.

Develop relationships among partners and customers and manage those relationships to assure effective solutions.
