POSITION:DC Maintenance Supervisor
SHIFT:2ND Shift (MUST be Flexible)
DEPARTMENT:Distribution Center
LOCATION:Marshalltown IA
SALARY CLASS:Exempt
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.
- Good verbal and written communication skills people skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial.
- Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.
- Great Work ethic a MUST.
- Great Follow up.
- Coaching/teaching skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform on line edits and program changes with PLCs and familiarity with box logic.
- Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting replacing calibrating and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics hydraulics electrical and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems and process control systems.
- Inspect clean treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems industrial control systems and instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses test components and technical publication.
- Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
- PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
- Warehouse Refrigeration.
